As my main occupation is a web designer, I am able to offer you specific professional web services for your needs. Whether you need a CMS or E-commerce installation, customization or modification, I can help you.  My rates are fixed for well-defined tasks  (installation, design, etc) where I am fully aware of what must be done. If you, however, need my help for a task with significant unknowns, I charge per hour/per task.
